I found the staff helpful and accommodating. They gave excellent advice about local attractions and assisted with transportation. The villa was beautiful. It mirrored the photos exactly and perhaps looked even better in person.

The breakfast fell short of expectations. Several food options were cold and juices tepid even when I arrived relatively early.

great facilities really good service super quiet place

i found the facilities to be great and the service really good. the location worked well as a base for exploring nearby attractions. i spent time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the calm outside.

i noticed the pathway from the main road to the hotel was a bit long and lacked adequate lighting at night.

The staff arranged a comfortable transfer from hanoi. I arrived early and they let me check in right away. The free bicycles made getting around easy.

The path to the main road needs better lighting at night.
